Your term project and presentation are due near the end of the semester. Review the Project Rubric in Blackboard for tips and details about requirements for both the written project and the presentation. Be sure to check out the Presentation Tools page on the left to see what resources are available in Ablah Library and resources about public speaking.
Library databases provide students with access to scholarly journal articles, academic conference proceedings, and other sources acceptable for college-level research. Several databases are listed in this guide, including GoogleScholar (GS). Finding GS through the library's A-Z list of databases or setting up preferences to include WSU access will allow GS to pull in more full-text articles.
There is no charge to use library databases. If you are finding articles that ask you to pay, please contact the Engineering Librarian or another librarian for help. These databases are not free. You have already paid for them with your tuition and student fees, so be sure to take advantage of library resources!
If WSU does not have a particular article, our interlibrary loan service can usually get what you need. ILL can sometimes even get standards! As always, ask the Engineering Librarian or Ask a Librarian for help.
