Interlibrary Loan

Request books, articles, digital copies, and more!

Notice: As of August 1, 2019, the University Libraries is moving to a new system to manage interlibrary loan. There will be a new user interface for creating and managing requests.

You will notice a few differences from the previous system (ILLiad). Note that your request history in ILLiad cannot be imported into the new system, but you will be able to login to ILLiad to access it until October 1, 2019. The new service shows you all of your requests on a single page, links to articles, and details about the status of your requests and item due dates. You also can submit new requests from this interface. The e-mails that we send you with status updates look slightly different as well.

We hope that these changes enhance your library experience and streamline how you manage your requests! If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact Ginger Williams at

Using Interlibrary Loan you can requests for items owned by other libraries. Interlibrary Loan service is available to all current WSU students, faculty, and staff.
