Accessibility. Licensor endeavours to use best efforts to ensure the Licensed Material(s)/service(s) provided to Licensee through this Agreement comply with applicable provisions of U.S. disability laws including, but not limited to: Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) and the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (Sections 504 and 508) by ensuring that the Licensed Material(s)/service(s) support assistive software or devices such as large print interfaces, text-to-speech output, voice- activated input, refreshable braille displays, and alternate keyboard or pointer interfaces, in a manner consistent with the Web Accessibility Initiative Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 AA (http://www.w3.org/WAI/guid-tech.html). Functionality of any software associated with the services provided shall be commensurate with state-of-the-art standards at the time of each installation and specifically designed to ensure broad use by the largest spectrum of users.
