Tech Hub Help Desk
An assistant will be available at the Tech Hub Help Desk during all hours that the facility is open. Although it is expected that users will engage in self-directed learning of software, programs, or other relevant technology skills in order to complete their goals in the space, the assistant will provide initial orientation to Tech Hub equipment and workstations as needed. Users may also be directed to online tutorials and videos for certain equipment and applications. In the future, workshops and other training will be scheduled as needed.
