This guide will assist you in locating resources for your First-Year Seminar research project and coursework. There are tutorials available on the First-Year Seminar Library Guide that will help you sharpen your skills in finding, retrieving, analyzing, evaluating, and using information for college research. If you have any questions about research or library resources don't hesitate to contact your librarian for this course, Maria Sclafani, using the contact information to the left.
These textbooks are available in e-book format through the University Libraries. You have a few options for reading these books:
1. You can read it online in your browser
2.You can download a PDF of one or more chapters (the download limit is 60 pages)
3.You can "check out" the entire book for 7 days. This allows you to download the entire book, but you must use Adobe Digital Editions (free software you can use on computer, tablet, or mobile device) to read the book (the file you download will only open in Adobe Digital Editions). After the "check out" period has ended, you will no longer be able to access the file with the entire book.
These e-books have unlimited user access, so you should be able to access the e-book at all times, regardless of how many other students are accessing it.
