Interlibrary Loan

Using the ILL Form

There are pieces of information such as journal title, author, title of the article and article date you need to submit an Interlibrary Loan request. You can get these information from the database record and copy/paste into your request form. Or, you can simply click "Request this item through interlibrary loan" and the article information will auto populate.

1. Request Type section: select article, book, or "other" as appropriate

2. About My Item section: refer to the database record to fill in the fields indicated with asterisk*

3. About My Request section: use the drop-down menu to select either "copy" or "loan"

4. Contact Information section: select your "department" and "status" from the drop-down menu

5. Submit Request button: click submit request
