4. After filling in the required fields for the item you are requesting to be scanned, select "Copy" for the Service Type.
5. Please use the notes section for any additional details about the request.
6. After submitting your request, please allow at least 24 hours for processing. Each item must be requested separately. Scans can come back quickly, but scans can be delayed if an item is checked out, missing or lost.

Digitization services are available to all current WSU students, faculty, and staff.

How do I make a request?
Requests are made through your personal Tipasa account. If you have difficulty please contact the Interlibrary Loan office.
What kinds of things will you scan for me?
Book chapters, articles from print journals, and some microforms. For items in Special Collections, please visit the Special Collections Homepage for more information.
What if I need an accessible scan?
After submitting your request email Sara Rue, Reserve Supervisor, at email@example.com and explain any accessibility needs.
How quickly will my item be delivered?
We typically process your request and email you the digital file within 24 hours.
How will I know when my item is available?
You will receive an email notification when your item becomes available. If for some reason we discover an item is not available to be scanned (for example, checked out or in lost status), your request will be forwarded to Interlibrary Loan to be borrowed from another institution.
How do I request something NOT owned by WSU Libraries?
Interlibrary loan requests can be submitted through your Tipasa account. Requests filled by other libraries can be delivered as quickly as in one hour, but please allow up to two weeks for delivery depending on the type of material requested.
