Please use this guide for ANTH 318: Psychological Anthropology to find resources for class assignments and research projects. To identify and access specific types of resources, select one of the tabs across the top of this page or one of the links in the left hand column.

Course Description: The relationship of individual psychology (personality, emotion, cognition), both normal and abnormal, to group membership and cultural context.

Searching Tips

1. To locate an article in a scholarly journal, do a keyword search in one of the databases listed on this web site. Click on the "Find Articles" tab on the upper left.
              
2. To locate an article in an anthropology encyclopedia, select one of the encyclopedias listed under the "Reference Sources" tab on the upper left and search by the name of the cultural group.

3. To locate a book ethnography, do a search in the WSU Online Catalog at http://libcat.wichita.edu. For examples of searches, click on the "Books" tab on the left.
