All audio cassettes are located in the Reserve area. They can be checked out for 7 days unless otherwise indicated or listened to on cassette players in the Library.
Students will occasionally need to view telecourse videos, electronic classroom videos, or course videos their instructor has placed on reserve. Telecourse and course videos are for library use only; however, the library-owned videos and DVDs may be checked out for three days. The electronic classroom videos have two copies: one for library use only, and one that may be checked out for one day.
The library maintains a collection of materials in microfiche and microfilm format, including newspapers and periodicals. Staff at the Reserve Desk will help with retrieval and set up on the reader/printer machines. The cost for copies is $.10 per page.
This collection, a joint effort of the Student Activities Council, Student Government Association, and University Libraries, is located in the Reserve department. DVDs can be checked out for up to three days and renewed once for another three day period. There is a check out limit of 4 DVDs at one time. Titles currently in the SAC/SGA collection can be found here.
