This guide was created for former and active military and their families. This guide will help you learn what University Libraries has to offer, as well as learn a bit about doing research.
The library offers a variety of workshops in the fall and spring semesters. Check out the workshop schedule and various topics at http://libraries.wichita.edu/savvyresearcher or scroll through the library calendar at http://wichita.libcal.com/events#!/month/.
Community Users are welcome to use computers in Ablah Library. We have computers located in Reserve available for two hours a day for non-Wichita State students. Non-Wichita State students must be on-campus to use electronic library materials. Check in at the Reserve Desk for a user name and password. We also have a wireless network for guests to use with personal computer devices while on campus. Ask for details.
Community Users may also check out books. Click here for published policies for the Computer Use Policy, Library Facilities Use Policy and to find how to get a Shocker Card to check out books.
Come talk to a librarian in person at the Reference Desk on the first floor of Ablah Library.
