Religion and American Culture is devoted to promoting the ongoing scholarly discussion of the nature, terms, and dynamics of religion in America. Embracing a diversity of methodological approaches and theoretical perspectives, this publication explores the interplay between religion and other spheres of American culture.

Aims to provide a dynamic snapshot of developments in the study of religion as a whole and encourages inter-disciplinary perspectives.

Devoted exclusively to sociology of religion. Carries broad range of articles on theoretical & empirical issues. Is a forum for scholarship in classic tradition of comparative, historical & theoretical work.
