Checkout guidelines
- Requires WSU Tech ID Card
- Free checkout privileges
- Check out up to 15 items, including:
- up to 4 DVDs.
- up to 4 books from the Popular Reading Collection.
Privileges
- The items checked out may be a combination of books, DVDs, government documents, or microforms.
- Items may be renewed by bringing them to the Circulation Desk, replying to the Courtesy Notices or calling the Circulation Desk at 316-978-3582.
- Headphones, reference books, and periodicals may be used only in the Library.
- If items are kept past the due date located on the receipt OR in an email sent at the end of checkout, the patron will be charged a Lost Item Replacement cost of each items plus a $20 non-refundable processing fee. If an item(s) is lost or not returned prior to the due date, the patron notify the Circulation Desk and speak to the Business Supervisor.
- Reservable study rooms (regular study rooms are available to WSU Tech students)
Privileges do not include:
- WSU Course Reserve materials
- Interlibrary Loan (available through the WSU Tech Library)
- Recall service
- Library facilities during extended finals hours
- Circulating equipment (except for headphones)
- Off-Campus access to electronic resources licensed to WSU Libraries. However, all Community Users have access to electronic databases provided through the Kansas Library eCard.
