High School Students: IB Program

International Baccalaureate

Visiting University Libraries

High school students are welcome to use computers in Ablah Library! We have computers located in Reserve available for two hours a day for non-Wichita State students. Non-Wichita State students must be on-campus to use electronic library materials. Check in at the Reserve Desk for a user name and password. Large groups who come in to the library with an adult supervisor may be able to get permission to use the Wichita State Student computers. Ask at the Circulation Desk or Reference Desk for details when you arrive. We also have a wireless network for guests to use with personal computer devices while on campus. Ask for details.

Click here for published policies for the Computer Use Policy, Library Facilities Use Policy and Guidelines for Community Groups.

Computer printing is 10¢ per page. Printing is web-based using PaperCut. Non-students will need to ask for help with printing from the Community User Computers. Printing is free in room 217 Ablah during library instruction.

High school students and other community users may get his or her own WSU library card. High school groups may also check out as a group (use the form below).

You are always welcome to ask for an in-person tour, but we do have other ways for you to become familiar with the University Libraries. In addition to the self-paced photo tour below, you can find a virtual tour here.
