Finding journals dedicated to the field of dental hygiene through the WSU University Libraries website is not difficult, though there is a step-by-step process you need to follow:

  1. Go to the library's electronic journals A-Z list (link opens new tab).
  2. Locate the "browse by subject dropdown menu in the bottom half of the page.
  3. Click on this menu and select Health & Biological Sciences.
  4. You will see lists of journals by subject area, including Dentistry.  The dentistry section is broken into seven sub-disciplines, from general dentistry to TMJ diseases.
  5. Click on the hyperlink to the sub-discipline that most closely matches the area of dental hygiene about which you would like to find literature.
