This research guide will assist you in finding materials for your Public Speaking class as well as any other speeches you might have to give. You'll find information on picking a topic, links to notable speeches, and resources to include in your speech (such as visuals or polls). The site map below will help you find information for your speeches, offer tips on public speaking, and more. In the left-side navigation menu, the different sections unfold from the main menu topics, as shown in the graphic below. The library worksheet can be downloaded further down this page. This assignment is designed to help you become more familiar with the WSU Libraries while helping you find sources for your speech topics.
Ablah Library has 20 study rooms that hold anywhere from 2-14 people. Some rooms are first-come, first-serve and others can be reserved online.
We also have 2 study rooms (called seminar rooms) where you can practice presentations. These rooms are equipped with laptops, a projector and screen.
