The Libraries are migrating to new catalog and discovery systems in Fall 2025. We're providing test version links for people who want to explore the new software before it is fully implemented. Known issues include:
- Test Version Links will not work consistently. Software may be taken off-line or be very slow as we load data and work with vendors to establish new authentication protocols.
- Test Versions may have limited data.
- Locate Catalog - Only includes physical collections & owned e-resources. Does not include leased journals, ebooks, streaming video.
- EDS Discovey - Should include everything in Locate & all leased content. Links to indexed content that the Library doesn't own or lease will be added around September 1, 2025.
- Locate Catalog software is still under development and lacks some features. For example, title searches must be exact. Searching for the title "decameron" will not retrieve the title "The Decameron.

EDS Discovery : Discovery System that will replace SmartSearch around September 1, 2025. Password available by request; contact your subject librarian. New SmartSearch utilizes cookies to enhance many features. Please be sure to clear your cache regularly for improved performance.
