Introduction

Mental Measurements Yearbook (MMY) with Tests In Print is an index to descriptions and reivews of commercially available tests. You can use MMY to:

  1. find information about a specific test
  2. find examples of particular types of tests (achievement, personality, etc.)

Looking up a specific test

Type the name of the test in the first search box, and select TI Test Name from the drop down list of search options. If the name of the test contains more than one word, enclose it in quotation marks so that the computer will search for that exact phrase.



Looking up a particular type of test

Enter the type of test in the first search box, and choose SU Test Category from the drop down list of options. To narrow the search, you could also enter the population you wish to study and choose PO Population from the drop down list.



There are 18 Test Categories that you may choose from. To see the lst of categories, scroll farther down on the search page, and look for this box on the right-hand side:

Interpreting the search results screen

On the search results screen, click on the title of a test to see the full description (publisher address, purpose, scores, time needed to administer, price, etc.) and one or more reviews of the test.
