Newspapers in Print or Microform in Ablah Library

The Wichita Eagle and Wichita Business Journal are available in print on the first floor of Ablah Library. Newspapers are available in microfilm/microfiche on the lower level of Ablah Library. The lower level has digital microform scanners available for users.

This guide provides links to sources for current and historical newspapers available online, on microform, and in print through the WSU Libraries. These sources are categorized as Kansas, United States, Historical, and International newspapers.

Online access is available  through databases such as Newsbank, digital collections such as 19th C Historical Newspapers, and freely available websites such as worldnewspapers.com. Links to these and other resources are provided in this guide.       

Links are also provided to selected individual newspapers such as the New York Times, USA Today, Wall Street Journal, and the Wichita Eagle.

To link to the different types of newspaper resources, use the tabs on the left. Full-text access and date coverage may be limited depending on the newspaper.
