WAVE Web Accessibility Evaluation Tool
WAVE is a suite of evaluation tools that helps authors make their web content more accessible to individuals with disabilities. WAVE can identify many accessibility and Web Content Accessibility Guideline (WCAG) errors, but also facilitates human evaluation of web content. Our philosophy is to focus on issues that we know impact end users, facilitate human evaluation, and to educate about web accessibility.

tota11y is a tool built by developers from Khan Academy. The goal of the tools is to reduce the barrier of entry to understanding accessibility issues by visualizing them on a page.
Microsoft Office Accessibility Checker
Before sending your email message or sharing your document or spreadsheet, run the Accessibility Checker to make sure your Microsoft Office content is easy for people of all abilities to read and edit.
Adobe Acrobat PDF Accessibility checker
Acrobat tools make it easy to create accessible PDFs and check the accessibility of existing PDFs. You can create PDFs to meet common accessibility standards, such as Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 and PDF/UA (Universal Access, or ISO 14289).

OER Accessibility Toolkit Library Guide
The University of British Columbia OER Accessibility Toolkit walks users through 8 steps, and provides the needed resources to create a truly open and accessible educational resource. Additional appendices and checklists allow the user to confirm the accessibility of an educational resource.

BCcampus Accessibility Toolkit – 2nd Edition by Amanda Coolidge, Sue Doner, Tara Robertson, and Josie Gray
The goal of the Accessibility Toolkit - 2nd Edition is to provide resources for each content creator, instructional designer, educational technologist, librarian, administrator, and teaching assistant to create a truly open textbook—one that is free and accessible for all students. This is a collaboration between BCcampus, Camosun College, and CAPER-BC.

National Center on Disability and Access to Education Cheatsheets
These one-page accessibility resources, or “cheatsheets,” have been developed to assist anyone who is creating accessible content. These free resources are catered to less-technical individuals, such as faculty and staff.

CAST Accessibility and Open Educational Resources
What is this resource about? OERs (Open Education Resources) are online digital educational materials, tools, or even techniques that are offered freely and/or through open licensing. This resource provides examples, key factors and resources about accessibility of OERs.
Kansas Accessibility Resources Network (KSARN)
The Kansas Accessibility Resources Network provides training and resources that provide an introduction to document accessibility challenges and solutions.
