Hours:

Monday-Thursday, 8:00 a.m.-4:45 p.m.


Researchers are required to make appointments at least 24 hours in advance to use materials held by Special Collections.

 

Making arrangements in advance ensures we will be able to assist you and efficiently retrieve materials for your research. Please go to the home page to schedule an appointment.

Special Collections' materials are available for in-house use only. Information about many of the collections is available on the library's online catalog and this website. Information about other collections is available through finding aids.

Reproduction and Photocopy Policy:

Selected materials may be reproduced for research use only if the items can withstand the stress of reproduction.  We reserve the right to limit the number of copies made for any patron.  Reproduction of entire collections or portions of a collection is not permitted in order to safeguard the integrity and uniqueness of research materials entrusted to our care.  Every effort will be made to respond promptly to requests; however, requests for large quantities of copies will require special arrangements.
